§ 1.14.050. Reduction of administrative citation fine amounts.

The Chief of Code Enforcement may reduce cumulative administrative citation fine amounts, inclusive of costs, for a repeated violation at his discretion provided the minimum cumulative fine imposed is no less than one thousand dollars. If the total cumulative fines due is less than one thousand dollars the fines shall not be reduced.
