§ 19.04.080. Penalty for violations.

After the posting of said rules and regulations, any person who violates the posted rules and regulations or the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and the offender shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or imprisonment for not more than six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
