§ 16.06.180. Revocation of permit.

Any permit for a special event issued under this chapter may be summarily revoked by the board of county commissioners or the sheriff of Clark County at any time when by reason of disaster, public calamity, public safety, or other emergency, they determine that the safety of persons and property demands such revocation.
