§ 16.06.160. Appeal of permit denial.

If the special events permit is denied, the applicant may within ten working days request in writing to appeal the denial to the board of county commissioners. The board of county commissioners shall set a hearing of the appeal at a meeting within the next thirty days. The board may override a permit denial.
