§ 16.06.050. Consideration of application and decision.

(A) After receipt of the application, the Las Vegas metropolitan police department must review the application and forward it to the Clark County director of public works with its report and recommendation within fifteen days.

(B)

The director of public works, after receipt of the recommendation of the Las Vegas metropolitan police department, shall consider the recommendation and application and shall make such decision thereon as is warranted under the provisions of this chapter.
