§ 15.30.110. Hazardous materials incident—Liability.

Any carrier transporting hazardous materials shall be liable to Clark County for the payment of all costs and expenses of the fire department or others incurred in and about the use of employees, apparatus and materials in the control, neutralization or clean-up of an incident described in Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations Sections 171.15 and 171.16, requiring the response of the fire department or others to control said incident.
