§ 15.08.170. Franchise driver's permit—Required.

It is unlawful for any person, either as taxicab owner or driver, to engage in any taxicab operations, or to drive a taxicab for public hire as an employee of a taxicab owner in Clark County, as herein provided and authorized, unless he shall first have applied for and received the franchise or driver's permit as the case may be.
