§ 15.08.080. Compliance with state and Public Service Commission.

Notwithstanding any provision herein, no person engaged in, or intending to engage in taxicab operations or business in Clark County shall be exempt from making full compliance with applicable state law and Public Service Commission rules and regulations relating to such taxicab operations and drivers; and such applicable state laws, and Public Service Commission rules and regulations, incorporated herein by reference, are hereby adopted and made part hereof. And, no county franchise shall be issued hereunder to any person who is not a holder of a certificate of public convenience and necessity from the Public Service Commission.
