§ 14.55.040. Penalty for violations.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed six months or by a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars, or both such fine and imprisonment.
