That certain document, three copies of which are on file in the Office of the County
Clerk in the Clark County Government Center, being marked and designated as the "International
Fire Code, 2018 edition" published by the International Code Council, together with
all tables of contents, definitions, articles, tables, indices, examples and the following
appendices: Appendix B Fire-Flow Requirements for Buildings; Appendix C Fire Hydrant
Locations and Distribution; Appendix D Civil Improvement Plan; Appendix H Hazardous
Materials Management Plan (HMMP) and Hazardous Materials Inventory Statement (HMIS)
Instructions; Appendix O Proprietary (Self) Monitoring, Appendix P Fire Protection
Systems; Appendix Q Southern Nevada Fire Chiefs Association Approved Guideline for
Consumer Fireworks—Impairments and Systems out of Service; is hereby designated as
the Fire Code of Clark County and by this designation and reference is adopted and
made a part of this chapter, the same as if it were fully set forth herein.
