§ 12.12.080. Penalty for violation of Sections 12.12.050 or 12.12.060.

A violation of Sections 12.12.050 or 12.12.060 is a misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed six months, or by both fine and imprisonment.
