§ 12.06.040. Penalties.

  • A person who violates any provision or provisions of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars, or imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed ninety days, or both, in the discretion of the court. Each day of the violation shall be considered a separate offense.

    The violation of any provision or provisions of this chapter shall be grounds, in addition to those set out in Section 6.04.090, for business license revocation or suspension as provided in Section 6.04.100.
