§ 12.04.250. Penalty for violation of Section 12.04.230.

Latest version.

Every violation of Section 12.04.230, or any of the terms or provisions thereof, constitutes a misdemeanor, and every person found guilty of any violation thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or imprisonment in the Clark County jail for a term not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
