§ 11.05.060. Relocation standards.

The county manager is hereby delegated the responsibility and discretion to appoint individuals and develop standards and criteria for when relocation of tenants shall be required, when the relocation costs shall be recovered, and how such relocations shall be implemented, with due consideration to the cost of relocations, the nature of the nuisances or conditions, the ability of the tenants to relocate themselves, and such other factors as are deemed appropriate by the county manager.
