§ 10.30.120. Notice of availability of information concerning an animal.

A retailer or dealer shall conspicuously post within close proximity to the primary enclosure of an animal offered for sale the following notice in at least one-hundred-point type:

INFORMATION ON THE SOURCE OF DOGS OR CATS,

AND OF VETERINARIAN TREATMENTS RECEIVED BY ANY

ANIMALS, IS AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW.
