§ 10.16.060. Dangerous and vicious animal judicial review.

(a) The owner or keeper who disagrees with the decision of the hearing officer has the right to seek judicial review.

(b)

If the court upholds a vicious animal declaration, the animal control officer may proceed to destroy the animal, but not until at least ten days have elapsed from the date the owner or keeper receives notice of the decision.
