§ 10.04.090. Animal vaccination certificate.

"Animal vaccination certificate" means the document which every veterinarian who vaccinates any animal with rabies vaccine shall issue to the owner of such animal: a certificate signed by the veterinarian which states thereon the name and description of the animal, the date of such vaccination and the type of vaccine used, a duplicate of which shall be sent to the animal control officer. The duplicate of the certificate may also be sent electronically.
