§ 10.04.085. Animal shelter.

"Animal shelter" means a facility:

(a)

For receiving and holding animals;

(b)

Designated by a local government for receiving and holding animals; or

(c)

Operated by a society for the prevention of cruelty to animals (as set forth in NRS 574.010—574.030), for receiving and holding animals.
